Base body
Coated plate heat exchangers SYNOTHERM® basically consist of metallic plate heat exchangers SYNOTHERM®. This means that all connection and fastening options are available.
Coating process
The coating of plate heat exchangers SYNOTHERM® is evenly applied in several stages. It consequently consists of multiple, firmly interconnected layers.
Quality
The quality of the coating of plate heat exchangers SYNOTHERM® is evaluated and verified very carefully. Test methods for measuring layer thickness and adhesive strength are appied.
Coating test
The entire coated surface of the plate heat exchangers SYNOTHERM® is examined using a high-voltage test in order to prevent pores or uncoated areas.
Identification
The type designation (article number and device number) and technical data are engraved on an identification plate, which is permanently legible.
Pressure test
All polymer heat exchangers SYNOTHERM ® are designed, manufactured and inspected in order to comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68 / EU. Every device is subject to an overpressure and leakage test.
